Losing 30 pounds had me thinking that I was on my way to being snatched all summer. I believed that the weight would continue to “fall” off with ease. Who knew that weight loss would take such hard work and dedication?(haha)Eating healthy has been a challenge. Here’s the thing, I don’t eat a lot, but my food choices are poor. I am guilty of indulging the unhealthiest foods and amid craziness, wanting to grab something quick. I am challenging myself to do better and hold myself accountable. We all know eating healthy can be a struggle but it’s important that I stop making excuses for myself and try. This month my goal is to drink 8 glasses of water a day and incorporate more fruits and vegetables.
